Discussion panel recognition
Recognition for taking part in the discussion panel at the conference “Where is the Estonian real estate market heading?”
I have worked in real estate for more than 24 years and completed over 2,000 transactions. Over that time I have learned that the best results come from listening carefully, speaking honestly and looking beyond the transaction itself.

Today I focus on commercial real estate, investment properties and representing development projects. I help owners and developers position their property, reach the right target groups and manage the sales or leasing process from start to finish. I do not simply wait for the right client to find a listing – I use direct outreach and my professional network and keep the whole process with one accountable partner.
As a service provider, I took on interim management responsibility at Mustamäe Centre for two years and, during transition periods, also at the Rocca al Mare and Kristiine centres. These experiences taught me to connect day-to-day operations, tenant needs, concept development and the owner’s long-term goals.
When Marks & Spencer expanded in the Baltics, I represented the client as a broker and helped find suitable locations for new stores. In the Pärnu Keskus development team, I was responsible for sales from the start of the project until the centre opened.
I teach future real estate brokers at Avara College, sharing practical knowledge of brokerage and commercial property. I have also helped build a real estate agency and trained and mentored brokers. My path began in residential brokerage in Pärnu, but when I started working in Tallinn I moved into commercial premises – I now have more than 20 years of commercial property experience. This lets me see both the transaction details and the bigger picture.
“A good broker is honest about what the market allows – and does everything possible to achieve the best result.”

I have also trained as a nature guide because I enjoy discovering places and stories that may not be obvious at first glance. I bring the same attentiveness to real estate – a good solution begins with noticing what matters.
For me, curiosity also means being open to new possibilities. I actively use AI and digital solutions and tend to say “yes” to innovation. I enjoy testing new tools, finding ways technology can make work smarter and more efficient, and the process of change itself.
Outside work, I find balance in the forest, books, theatre and smaller concerts. At home, life is kept lively by a dog and a large red rescue cat.
